Forehead/Temple Lift Surgery

What is Temple Lift Surgery?

It is a surgery to rejuvenate the temple, eyebrow and eye area through an incision made through the scalp in the temple area. Through the same incision, the cheek area can also be lifted up if the person needs it. Likewise, if there is a need for lower and upper eyelid aesthetics, this can be done together with surgery.

Who is Temple Lift Surgery suitable for?

It is suitable for patients in the young age group who have structural problems in the eyebrow area or who have sagging in the eyebrows and cheeks due to aging. For older patients, if there is excess skin, additional treatments may be required.

How does the process proceed in Temple Lift Surgery?

This surgery is performed under general anesthesia. The surgery takes approximately 2-3 hours. In this surgery, eye aesthetics and facial fat injections can be combined. After the surgery, there will be bandages around your eyes and temple area. These bandages will stay on for about 1 week. Your stitches can be removed after 1 week. It is quite normal to have swelling and some bruising in the first days. Over time, these will completely resolve. After about 1 month, our results start to become clear. You can return to your daily life after 10 days.

What are the advantages of temple lift surgery?

Its biggest advantage is that it lifts the entire eye area and mid-face area through a small incision. Another advantage is that the scar remains inside the hair and is not visible from the outside. Additionally, by combining this surgery with other facial rejuvenation methods, we can make visible changes in a single session.
